We fully understand the demands of construction, maintenance and fabrication and are accustomed to dealing with time lines, dead lines and last minute emergencies. WHO ARE OUR CUSTOMERS Our customers are purchasing agents, project managers, superintendents and other procurement personnel performing in chemical plants, refineries or other industrial arenas on or off site. Our customers are also electrical contractors, heat trace contractors, mechanical contractors, metal building contractors, drywall contractors, sheet metal shops, machine shops, cabinet makers, OEM's, fabrication shops. Our inventory reflects the diversity of our customers and their needs. Our customers are our friends. Relationships are important to us. Having a relationship with our customers enables us to get close to their job. Understanding fully what their needs are and the reasons behind what they use. TRUST AND RELIABILITY Trust and Reliability are important to Texas Nut & Bolt whether we are dealing with our customers or vendors. It is imperative that both our customers and vendors believe when we say we are going to do something we follow through even if it means we come out on the short end. Our reputation is important to us and we stand by our commitments. WE UNDERSTAND CONSTRUCTION We understand the drawings you are looking at. We also understand that what is on the drawings may not reflect the reality of what is on the job site. No matter how well you plan, something will inevitably go wrong. We understand and appreciate the complexities of a job and are accustomed to the "I need it now!" phone calls and have the ability to respond accordingly. JOB SPECS Dealing with a supplier that does not understand the importance of following job specifications can cost you money that is hard to measure. On many jobs the project manager or superintendent are familiar with the specs but the guys in the field are not. That is where trust and reliability come in. Depending on where you are working, the job specifications can change dramatically. We have relationships with many of the engineers, designers, reliability personnel or Approved Manufacturer List (AML) coordinators in our area of operation and know the questions to ask. In many cases we are already thoroughly familiar with the most current plant specs and can prevent the costly mistake of installing the wrong product. If you are participating in a job that has stringent specifications that must be followed; Texas Nut & Bolt will work closely with you to ensure all material shipped to the job site are job compliant. ORDERING AND BILLING At Texas Nut & Bolt we have received orders from $1 to in excess of $500,000. We take orders large or small. Walk in orders or call in orders. We except cash, all major credit cards and have open business accounts with approved credit. We understand the importance of accurate shipping and accurate billing. Our system allows us to enter notes on each account so no matter who enters your order you're assured your account's unique requirements are made a part of each order. |
